The Tiny Twisters class at Flexibility Fitness is perfect for preschoolers eager to stretch, tumble, and have fun! Designed to build coordination, flexibility, and confidence in a playful environment, our little athletes learn foundational techniques while having a blast. 🎉

 

✨ What to Expect:

✅ Fun warm-ups to get tiny bodies moving​

✅ Basic stretches and beginner flexibility skills

✅ Safe progressions and guided movement

✅ Positive reinforcement to build self-love and confidence

Class Duration: 50-minute sessions

​​Wednesdays 4pm-5pm

Students learn beginner level contortion techniques like splits, bridges and cartwheels.  Class focuses fundamentals of movement, strength building, coordination and flexibility.

​

  • Comprehensive warm-up exercises to prepare the body.

  • Progressive stretching routines to enhance flexibility.

  • Instruction in beginner and intermediate contortion poses and techniques.

 

Class Duration: 50-minute sessions

Advanced class builds on strong flexibility foundations while deepening contortion skills such as advanced backbends, splits, oversplits, balances, and back walkovers, with an emphasis on proper alignment, strength, control, and safe technique in a supportive, focused environment.

   The Flexibility Fitness Contortion Team Program is an exciting training and performance opportunity for dedicated young athletes who are ready to take their skills to the next level. Designed for students with a passion for performance and a drive to grow, this program offers focused training in contortion and hand balancing in a professional and supportive environment.

   Students selected for the team through audition will commit to a structured training schedule that builds flexibility, strength, control, and performance artistry. Under the guidance of expert coaches, team members will prepare for a rare and unforgettable opportunity—to perform live in an authentic big top circus alongside professional circus artists.

Auditions are required and space is limited. This program is for students who are ready to dream big, work hard, and shine under the spotlight.
