Stretch Club is a mixed-level group class with 5–10 students per class, offering a relaxed, supportive environment focused on improving overall flexibility. You’ll work on increasing range for Legs, Back, Shoulders, and Hips This class is perfect for beginners, movers, athletes, and anyone looking to increase flexibility.

Build strength, balance, and confidence in our Handbalancing Class!
Perfect for all levels, this class focuses on handstand fundamentals, body alignment, and control. Students will work towards skills like press handstands while progressing at their own pace with expert guidance and supportive instruction.
