     Flexibility Fitness is a multi- disciplinary training program that combines contortion, gymnastics, pilates, and martial arts techniques to improve flexibility, strength in a balanced way. The Flexibility Fitness approach is to focus on learning how to balance all aspects of training to cultivate a healthy lifestyle. The program seeks to provide a positive and empowering experience for the whole family!​ Our skilled coaching staff Hayley & Hilario Cabral are world renowned performers, specializing in Hand Balancing Contortion on canes and the Argentinian Gaucho Act. Their mission is to pass on their passion for their arts and create a supportive community that fosters personal growth and success.​

Contortion Kids

Flexibility Fitness Kids

(Ages 6+)

Intermediate Contortion Class for kids ages 6+ led by contortionist Hayley Cabral. Students focus on contortion techniques and work in a mixed level class at their own level.  Class focuses on splits, Chinstand, contortion handstands, backsplit, strength and balance.

Kids Martial Arts

Kids Martial Arts

(Ages 6+)

Martial arts for kids offers a multitude of benefits - discipline, self-confidence, and focus. Through physical training and mental conditioning, martial arts instills respect, resilience, and a sense of achievement, fostering personal growth and character development.
Instructed by 6th Degree Master Hilario Cabral, specializes in jumping skills, speed and self defense.
All experience levels and abilities welcomed!

Kids Gaucho Class

Kids Gaucho Class

(Ages 6 +)

Kids learn the unique art of the Argentinian Gaucho Act , playing drums and dancing with boleadoras. Students learn intricate rhythms that support concentration, memory and focus.
Class is led by coach Hilario Cabral, who is a world-renowned gaucho act artist who has performed his act in over 30 countries aboard prestigious cruise lines, Las Vegas productions, and honorably for the Queen of England in the Royal Performance Command.

Adult Classes

Adult Flexibility

The Flexibility Fitness Class for adults is a specialized program designed to enhance overall body flexibility, with a particular focus on the shoulders, back, legs, and hips. This class incorporates elements from both yoga and Pilates to provide participants with a well-rounded and effective flexibility training experience. Suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to more experienced participants.​

Adult Womens Contortion

The Adult Contortion Class focuses on advanced progressions is tailored for individuals with prior contortion or flexibility training experience. The class focuses on mastering challenging poses like elbow stands and chin stands while providing personalized instruction and modifications based on each student's abilities. Instructors guide students through exercises to enhance flexibility, strength, and control, emphasizing proper alignment and gradual progression. The class is suitable for adults seeking to improve their performance in dance, circus arts, or enhance overall flexibility and body awareness.

Prior flexibility experience is recommended, and beginners are advised to start with our Adult Flexibility Class.

Private Martial arts training for adults offers a multitude of benefits - discipline, strength building, weight loss, self-confidence, and general wellbeing.  Through physical training and mental conditioning, martial arts instills respect, resilience, and a sense of achievement, fostering personal growth and character development.
